Obituary of Seilio "Gal" Guiducci

Seilio “Gal” Guiducci, of Peckville, died Thursday morning at Geisinger CMC.

Born in Serravalle, Italy he was the son of the late Anthonio and Flora Picchi Guiducci. He came to America with his parents at age 6. He managed High Park and Greeridge Lanes until his retirement in 1997 and loved to bowl. He was an avid golfer and belonged to Elkview Country Club for 25 years. He loved the Yankees and played softball in his younger years. He could always be found blasting the jazz music in his car. He loved New York and spent many weekends there at Jazz clubs. He enjoyed breakfast with the guys every morning and cookouts with his family. He was a master at Geography and could tell you the capital of every state or county, never to be stumped.

He is survived by his niece Lee Ann Mahalidge and husband Edward, Clarks Summit, a nephew, R.J. Julio and fiance Debbie Sibio, Peckville; three great nieces, Alexa and Celina Mahalidge, Brianna Julio and great nephew, Ray Julio and his favorite Doberman, Nitro, who he enjoyed his daily routine with.

He was preceded in death by a sister Celia Julio and a brother in law Raymond Julio.
