Agatha "Aggie" Killiany 79 of Peckville, entered into heavenly rest on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at home, surrounded by Scottyand Heidi in the early morning hours, after a three year courageous battle with cancer.
She was the widow of William T. Killiany who died in 2013.
Aggie was born on March 16, 1939 in Jessup to Stanley and Mildred March. She was a graduate of Jessup High School Class of 1956, where she was crowned "Most Friendly. " She maried William T "Killer" Killiany in January of 1967.
They lived and loved for 46 years when Billy left this earth in 2013. Aggie and her husband were long time, devoted parishoners of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Peckville.
Aggie's love for her family was her utmost, number 1 priority in life. As she told her son , "I love you so much and I'll always be watching over you."
She is survived by her loving son, chef William Scott Killiany and wife Heidi, Greentown. Her only grandchilden with whom she had the tightest bond, Cassandra Mae Killiany, a student at Penn State University and Samantha Lee Killiany,
a student and Track athlethe at Bucknell University. Also surviving are a sister and best friend Margaret "Putchie" Kane, a brother, Stanley Jr. and wife Ellen March, Eynon, nephews, John March, Philadelphia and Eric March, Eynon, a
sister in law and brother in law, Mary and Edward Killiany, Carbondale, nephew, Andrew and Joseph Killiany and wife Ilana Boive, Lincoln and Alma Ruth , all of Washington D.C.
A mass of rememberance will be held in honor of Agatha on Saturday January 12, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Peckville, at 11:00AM. A luncheon in honor of Aggie and Killer's life will be held at Colarusso's Cafe in Jessup
