Alice A. Larioni 78, of Jessup, died Monday, January 30, 2012 at Regional Hospital Of Scranton, after a brief illness.
She was the widow of Joseph Larioni, who died in 1986.
Born in Olyphant, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Bridget Siko Trypus. She was a graduate of Olyphant High School and was employed in the restaurant business her entire life. A member of Queen of Angels Parish at St. Mary's Assumption Church.
She was a kind and loving mother and wife who loved the Miami Dolphins, and will be dearly missed by everyone.
She is survived by a daughter, JoAnn Larioni Carter and finace, Jim Borowski, Jessup, her adopted grandchildren, Dr. Jason, Mario and Randy Hanyon, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Bruce and several brothers and sisters.
The funeral will be Saturday with mass at 9:30 am at St. Mary's Church, Jessup. There will be no public viewing. Interment private. For condolences go to, www.margottafuneralhomes.com.
